Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Accepting gifts

Every judicial officer, juror, referee, arbitrator or umpire,
who accepts any gift from any person, knowing him to be a party in
interest or the attorney or counsel of any party in interest to any
action or proceeding then pending or about to be brought before him,
is guilty of a misdemeanor.
