Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Violations - Punishment

Any person or persons, companies, partnerships, firms or
corporations violating any of the provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall
be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), nor more than
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and each violation of this act shall
be deemed a separate offense.
