Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Willful neglect by state officers

Any State Auditor and Inspector, State Treasurer, State
Superintendent of Public Instruction, or any other state officer who
willfully neglects or refuses to perform the duties of his office,
as prescribed by law, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
