Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Preventing legislative member or personnel from performing

Any person who alone or in concert with others wilfully either
by force, physical interference, fraud, intimidation, or by means of
any independently unlawful act, prevents or attempts to prevent any
member, officer or employee of either house of the State Legislature
or any committee of either house of the State Legislature from
performing any official act, function, power or duty shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor.
