Oklahoma Code § 21-1904

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Unauthorized removal of baggage, cargo or other item

It shall be unlawful to remove any baggage, cargo or other item
transported upon a bus or stored in a terminal without consent of
the owner of such property or the company, or its duly authorized
representative.  Any person violating this section shall be guilty
of a Class D1 felony offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished
by a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by
imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section
20N of this title, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
The actual value of an item removed in violation of this section
shall not be material to the crime herein defined.
