Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: False reporting

It shall be unlawful for any person to report, or cause to be
reported, directly or indirectly, the existence of a fire to a fire
department, fire station or other agency charged with the
responsibility of extinguishing fires, unless such person knows or
reasonably believes that such fire is in existence.
