Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Operation of machines by spurious coins - Penalty

Whoever by means of any spurious coin or by any other means,
method, trick or device whatsoever not lawfully authorized by the
owner, lessee, or licensee of any coin-operated machine operated in
furtherance of or connection with the sale, use or enjoyment of any
service, facility or privilege, knowingly shall operate or cause to
be operated, or shall attempt to operate any such coin-operated
machine or whoever shall take, obtain, accept or receive from or by
means of any such coin-operated machine any article of value or
service or the use or enjoyment of any service, facility or
privilege by use of any spurious coin shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty
(30) days, or both.
