Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalties

Any violation of the provisions of Section 1 of this act shall
constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty
(30) days or by payment of a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) or by both such fine and imprisonment.
