Oklahoma Code § 21-1767.2

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Violations of preceding section

Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 1767.1 of
this title shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense, and
upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in
subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine
not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by both.  If
personal injury results, such person shall be guilty of a Class A1
felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment in the State
Penitentiary for not less than seven (7) years or life imprisonment.
