Oklahoma Code § 21-1695

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Keeping place, equipment or facilities for dogfighting -

Felony - Penalty.
Every person who keeps any house, pit or other place, or
provides any equipment or facilities to be used in permitting any
fight between dogs or in furtherance of any activity described in
Section 1693 of this title, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a
Class B5 felony offense, punishable as provided in Section 1699.1 of
this title.
