Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Poisoning animals

Any person who willfully administers poison to any animal, the
property of another, and every person who maliciously exposes any
poisonous substance with intent that the same shall be taken by any
such animal, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall
be punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B
through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine not exceeding
Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
