Oklahoma Code § 21-1640

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Violation of duty by officer of corporation

Any director of any moneyed corporation who willfully does any
act, as such director, which is expressly forbidden by law, or
willfully omits to perform any duty expressly imposed upon him as
such director, by law, the punishment for which act or omission is
not otherwise prescribed by this article, or by some of the acts
which it specifies as continuing in force, is guilty of a
misdemeanor.
