Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Counterfeiting coin

Every person who counterfeits any gold or silver coin, whether
of the United States or any foreign government or country, with
intent to sell, utter, use or circulate the same as genuine, within
this state, is guilty of forgery in the second degree, a Class D1
felony offense.
