Oklahoma Code § 21-1550.3

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Actual notice

The words "actual notice" as used herein shall be construed to
include either notice given to the purchaser in person or notice
given to him in writing.  Such actual notice in writing shall be
presumed to have been given when deposited as registered or
certified mail, in the United States mail, addressed to such person
at his last known address.
