Oklahoma Code § 21-1550.25

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Controlling credit or debit card as security for debt

A person with intent to defraud (a) the issuer, (b) a person or
organization providing money, goods, services or anything else of
value, or (c) any other person, who obtains control over a credit
card or debit card as security for debt is guilty of theft and is
subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1550.33(a) of this
title.
