Oklahoma Code § 21-1523

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalties - Civil action for damages

Any person convicted of violating a prohibition contained in
this act shall be imprisoned for a term not exceeding one (1) year
or fined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both.
Such person also shall be liable for the amount of the damages, loss
and expense, including attorney fees and expenses of investigation
incurred by any transmission company by reason of or resulting from
the unlawful publication, directly or indirectly, such damages to be
recovered in a civil action.
