Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: False increase of weight

Every person who puts or conceals in any bag, bale, box, barrel
or other package of goods usually sold by weight any other thing
whatever for the purpose of increasing the weight of such package
shall be punished by a fine of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each
offense.
