Oklahoma Code § 21-142.16

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: False claims

The filing of a false claim for compensation pursuant to this
act shall constitute a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a
fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by
imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed one (1)
year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
