state facilities - Exemption - Penalty. A. It is unlawful for any person, acting alone or in concert with others, to obstruct, or to impede in any way, passage through or within any state-owned or -leased building, office or facility. B. It is unlawful for any person, acting alone or in concert with others, to obstruct entrances and exits to any state-owned or - leased building, office or facility. C. The provisions of subsections A and B of this section shall not apply to commissioned peace officers and security officers of the Department of Public Safety, security officers of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the Oklahoma State Senate, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, or contractors thereof in the performance of their duties. D. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, or by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
