Oklahoma Code § 21-1303

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Assaults while masked or disguised

Any person, while masked or in disguise, who shall assault
another with a dangerous weapon, or other instrument of punishment,
shall be deemed guilty of a Class B5 felony offense, and upon
conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00), and by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term
of not less than five (5) years nor more than twenty (20) years.
