Oklahoma Code § 21-1266.5

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalty

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of Section
1266.4 of this title shall be guilty of a Class B1 felony offense,
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), or imprisoned not less than one (1)
year nor more than twenty (20) years in the State Penitentiary, or
may be both so fined and imprisoned.  No person convicted of any
violation of this act shall ever be entitled to suspension or
probation of sentence by the trial court.
