Oklahoma Code § 21-1211.1

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Disruption or prevention of emergency telephone call –

Penalties.
Any person who intentionally interrupts, disrupts, impedes or
interferes with an emergency telephone call or intentionally
prevents or hinders another person from placing an emergency
telephone call shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.  Upon conviction,
the person shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for
not more than one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than Three
Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
