Oklahoma Code § 21-1168.6

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalties

A.  Any person convicted of a misdemeanor pursuant to the
provisions of Sections 1168 through 1168.5 of this title shall be
punishable by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),
by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or
by both such fine and imprisonment.
B.  Any person convicted of a felony pursuant to the provisions
of Sections 1168 through 1168.5 of this title shall be guilty of a
Class D3 felony offense punishable by a fine not exceeding One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in
subsections B through F of Section 20P of this title, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
