remains for profit or commercial enterprise. Anyone who knowingly displays an open burial ground, burial furniture or human skeletal remains previously buried in Oklahoma for profit or to aid and abet a commercial enterprise shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each day of display shall be a separate offense.
