Oklahoma Code § 21-1068

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalty

Any person violating the provisions of Section 1066 or 1067 of
this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a Class D3
felony offense and be punished by a fine of not less than One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B
through F of Section 20P of this title, or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
