Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Advertisements by person out of state

The provisions of Sections 2475 and 2478 are applicable wherever
the advertisement was published, or the letter or circular sent or
delivered through or in this state, notwithstanding the person
causing or procuring the same to be published, sent or delivered,
was out of this state at the time of so doing.
