Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Advertising lottery offices

Every person who, by writing or printing by circulars or
letters, or in any other way, advertises or publishes any account of
the opening, setting up or keeping of any office or other place for
either of the purposes prohibited by the last section, is guilty of
a misdemeanor.
