Title 20. Courts: Quarterly accounting to Administrative Director

The Clerk of the Supreme Court shall, on the first Monday of
January, April, July and October of each year, make out and present
to the Administrative Director an itemized and verified report of
all fees earned and collected by the clerk during the preceding
quarter, and shall transfer all monies so earned to the State
Treasurer for deposit in the Supreme Court Revolving Fund.
