Title 20. Courts: Clerk of court - Deposit to cover costs

The Clerk of the Supreme Court shall be ex officio Clerk of the
Court of Criminal Appeals, and shall perform like services as he
performs for the Supreme Court.  In all cases filed in the Court of
Criminal Appeals, and at the time of filing same, there shall be
deposited with said Clerk as costs in said cause, Fifty Dollars
($50.00).  Said sum shall cover all Court costs in said case and no
rebate of any part thereof shall be made.
