Title 20. Courts: Videotape transcripts

The Supreme Court is authorized to establish a pilot project for
use of videotape equipment in courtrooms for production of videotape
records for transcripts where court reporters are not available, if
the Supreme Court has funds available that can be used for this
purpose.  The Administrative Office of the Courts shall promulgate
rules for the use of video equipment in courtrooms.  Rules for use
of video equipment in courtrooms must have the approval of the
Supreme Court.
