Title 20. Courts: Governing board of Court Fund

The governing board of the Court Fund created by Section 1 of
this act shall be a district judge, an associate district judge and
the clerk of the court of the county where the fund is established.
If there is more than one district judge in the judicial district,
the district judge shall be the judge who resides in that county. If
no district judge resides in that county, it shall be the judge who
was nominated from that county.  If several judges were nominated
from or reside in that county, it shall be the one selected by all
district judges in the judicial district.  The associate district
judge shall be the associate district judge elected from the county.
If there are several such judges, it shall be the one selected by
all such associate district judges.  The membership of the governing
board shall remain as presently constituted by law until January 13,
1969, and the provisions of this section shall become effective
January 13, 1969.
