Oklahoma Code § 20-1103F

Title 20. Courts: Credit for service accumulated in other retirement

A member of the Uniform Retirement System for Justices and
Judges may receive credit for those years of credited service
accumulated by the member while a member of the Oklahoma
Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Police
Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Law Enforcement
Retirement System, the Teacher's Retirement System of Oklahoma or
the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, if the member is
not receiving or eligible to receive retirement credit or benefits

from said service in any other public retirement system.  To receive
the service credit, the member shall pay the amount determined by
the Board of Trustees pursuant to Section 1103G of this title.  Said
service of the member shall not alter the member's vesting
requirements.  The service will be added after the member reaches
vesting date.
