Title 20. Courts: Purpose of act - Permanent docket sheet

It is the intent and purpose of this act to relieve counties of
the burden of storing or keeping useless files and records where
microfilm is not economically feasible.  It shall be the duty of the
court clerk to record in a permanent docket book, or on a permanent
docket sheet, the disposition of each case before disposing of the
regular file, or make a notation "disposition unknown" on said
docket sheet in all criminal cases except traffic offenses.
