A.  The Oklahoma Supreme Court shall maintain a calendar of
cases pending before the court which shall be made available to the
public on the Supreme Court website.  Such calendar shall include:
1.  Dates the court will hear oral argument, hearings before
referees or any other hearings or proceedings of the court;
2.  For cases challenging the constitutionality of an act of the
Legislature, the briefing schedule of the case;
3.  Dates of court conferences including cases to be assigned or
considered during such conferences;
4.  Dates the court is closed and dates the court is in session;
and
5.  Any other information that will assist litigants, attorneys
and the public in monitoring the cases before the court.
B.  For each entry noting oral argument or other hearings or
proceedings of the court, the calendar shall include the case names,
case numbers, counsel of record and a concise description of the
issues in the case.
C.  The Supreme Court shall publish on the Supreme Court website
and update weekly a list of cases for which it has granted review,
whether by granting certiorari or otherwise.  Such list shall
include the case names, case numbers, counsel of record and a
concise description of the issues in the case.
