A. 1. Each vehicle used to transport private commercially produced catfish, minnows, fingerlings, fish, frogs or other aquatic species shall be marked conspicuously by decals bearing the inscription "Aquatic Culture". 2. The decals shall be located on each side of the hauling unit. B. The decals shall be furnished by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry at a reasonable cost per decal payable by the owner of the vehicle hauling the aquatic species.
