A. The State Board of Agriculture shall be the official exotic livestock disease control agency of the State of Oklahoma, and shall have the authority to issue and enforce rules governing the movement and testing of exotic livestock as defined in Section 6-290.3 of this title, in intrastate commerce with regards to disease emergency, disease control, or disease eradication. B. The Board shall have the authority to issue and enforce rules governing the movement and testing of exotic livestock as defined by Section 6-290.3 of this title, in interstate commerce as required or allowed by federal law. C. In addition to requirements established by the Board, no person shall release exotic livestock under the jurisdiction of the Board into the wilds of Oklahoma without first obtaining written permission of the Director of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission.
