A. All inspection service shall be subject to supervision at all times by an inspector. Such service shall be rendered where the facilities and conditions are satisfactory for the conduct of the service and the requisite inspectors are available. B. Exotic livestock which is processed in official plants in accordance with the Exotic Livestock and Exotic Livestock Products Inspection Act may be inspected. C. All exotic livestock that is slaughtered and processed in an official plant where inspection service is maintained shall be inspected for condition and wholesomeness. No dressed or uninspected exotic livestock products shall be brought into such official plant. D. Inspection shall not be provided at any establishment for the slaughter of exotic livestock, or the preparation of any carcasses or parts or products of such animals which are not intended for human food.
