A violation of any provision of the Oklahoma Agricultural Commodity Act is unlawful and may be enjoined by a district court of competent jurisdiction. In any action brought by a board which results in an injunction against a person and the court determines that such person has violated any provision of the Oklahoma Agricultural Commodity Act, the court shall award costs and attorney fees to the board.
