A. On receiving certificates of election from the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the certified organization's board shall meet and organize. B. Members of the certified organization's initial board shall draw lots so that one-third (1/3) of the members shall hold office for two (2) years, one-third (1/3) for four (4) years, and one-third (1/3) for six (6) years. Thereafter, members of the board shall serve for terms of six (6) years. C. Each member holds office until a successor is elected and has qualified.
