A. The Board shall have the authority to declare any form of plant or animal life or virus which is injurious to plants, humans, domestic animals, articles, or substances as a pest. The Board shall have the authority to classify pesticide uses as being general, restricted, or both, to determine standards of coloring or discoloring for pesticides, and to subject pesticides to the requirements of this section. B. The Board shall promulgate appropriate rules for carrying out the provisions of this section. C. The Board shall, to the extent practical, create uniformity between the requirements of Oklahoma and those prescribed by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, as amended.
