When a person fails to meet the rules promulgated by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the Commissioner, at the request of the board of directors, shall have authority to destroy cotton in any area of the state not in compliance with the rules. B. Cotton in any area of the state from a volunteer or noncommercial source may be destroyed or treated with pesticides by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry upon request of the board of directors.
