A. Sections 28 through 50 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Act”. B. The purpose of the Oklahoma Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Act is to provide for environmentally responsible construction and expansion of animal feeding operations and to protect the safety, welfare and quality of life of persons who live in the vicinity of an animal feeding operation.
