The Sheep and Wool Utilization, Research and Market Development Commission shall cause the ballots and other information required pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Act to be published in a market news service available to Oklahoma sheep and wool producers for those persons in the sheep and wool industry. Voting shall be conducted pursuant to rules promulgated by the Sheep and Wool Utilization, Research and Market Development Commission. Added by Laws 1984, c. 93, § 4, emerg. eff. April 4, 1984.
