A. The Articles of Incorporation may be amended at any regular meeting or any special meeting called for that purpose. An amendment must first be approved by two-thirds (2/3) of the directors, and then adopted by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of all members present at the meeting. B. Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation when adopted shall be filed in the same manner as provided for the filing of the original Articles. Added by Laws 1937, p. 263, § 9.
