This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Cooperative Marketing Association Act”. Added by Laws 1937, p. 260, § 1. Amended by Laws 2001, c. 38, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2001. Renumbered from § 361 of this title by Laws 2001, c. 38, § 26, eff. Nov. 1, 2001.
