Oklahoma Code § 2-16-30

Title 2. Agriculture: Civil liability

Any person violating any of the provisions of the Oklahoma
Forestry Code shall be liable for all damages caused by any
violation, damages shall be recoverable in any court of competent
jurisdiction.
