Construction of buildings - Improvement and beautification. Out of the proceeds of the sale of the bonds, the board of county commissioners shall purchase lands and construct buildings thereon for the county free fair. In purchasing the lands and constructing the buildings thereon, the county commissioners shall also have the right to improve and beautify the lands. Added by Laws 1929, c. 26, p. 24, § 8.
