Oklahoma Code § 2-15-86

Title 2. Agriculture: Election proclamation - Contents

The proclamation calling an election shall:
1.  Name the amount of bonds to be issued;
2.  The time said bonds shall run;
3.  The maximum rate of interest said bonds shall bear; and
4.  The time for holding the election.
