A. The term "free fair" as used in Section 15-66 of this title shall be construed to mean community and county fairs and livestock shows and other agricultural shows where admission to the grounds and all exhibit buildings is free and no charge is made for entering exhibits on which premiums are offered. B. The governing board shall have the power to designate the time, place and number of fairs and livestock shows and agricultural shows in each county. Added by Laws 1937, p. 273, § 2.
