The board of directors shall constitute the executive board of the county fair association and shall have full power and authority to: 1. Make all rules for holding the township and county fairs in accordance with the provisions of Sections 15-51 through 15-96 of this title; and 2. Expend the funds of the county fair association as herein provided, but in no case shall the expenditures exceed the amount of the appropriation. Added by Laws 1915, c. 179, § 6.
